The provisions of the present Privacy policy apply only to those who register on the Website, or visit or use the Website. In all other cases other service providers and other privacy policies on those websites apply to the personal data concerned.

2. What the data will be used for?
The data collected is used only to provide the services available on our website, ie the Website services available within the used functions defined in the GTC; so if you subscribe to our newsletter, which provides direct marketing elements, we collect and store information in order to provide this service.

You can subscribe to our newsletters during the registration process and thus the data entered during the registration will be recorded.
4.3. Technical details
The login data of your computer, which are generated by the operating system and automatically recorded as a result of the technical process during recourse to the service. In particular the date and time of visiting the page, your computer's IP address, type of your browser and the previously visited web address.
The data is automatically recorded in the system without any statement or act concerned with the entry and exit. These data and your other personal user data - except in cases imposed by law - can not be linked together. The data can be accessed only by us.
Our system thus can collect data of your activity that can not be linked with other data provided during registration, or with any other data resulting from the use of other websites or services.
The web page's HTML code is independent from us and may contain links to of from external servers. This service providers of these links can collect user data due to the direct connections to their server.

The loveallhelpall.org platform uses cookies. Cookies are short files, that are stored on your computer through the browser. These cookies store information (such as your language and site settings), which are provided to us when you use the website.

5. Duration of data management
5.1. Information provided during registration
The management of personal information given during the registration process will continue for as long as it is requested to be deleted from the system, by e-mail or by mail. In this case, the deadline for completing the request for cancellation is up to 5 working days. In case of such request the deleted data will be completely removed from the system, which also means the cancellation of registration.
5.2. Information provided during newsletter subscription
In case of newsletters we will handle your data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in the newsletter, or you request to be removed from the list of newsletter subscribers by e-mail or post. In case of such request (by email, post, or by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button) we will no longer send newsletters for you.
5.3. Technical details
The data logged (anonymous) in the system - except for the last date of the visit, which is automatically overridden - will be stored from the date of the logging for 6 months.
5.4. The above provisions shall not affect the fulfillment of the retention requirements specified by law (eg. account retention obligation accounting regulations) and the treatment of data on the basis of further content given on the website or otherwise.
6. Data handling, data transmission, data processing
The information is handled primarily by the Operator and our internal staff and it is not published or transferred to third-party persons.
During the operation of our website we might work with third-parties for the settlement of accounts (eg .: network operator, accountant). Please note that they have their own privacy policies and that we don’t accept any responsibility or liability for these policies.

7. Your rights and legal remedy options
7.1. Right to information
You can request information at any time held by the Operator, about personal data concerning you.
At your request we will provide information relating to you, managed by us, about the purpose, legal basis, duration of data management, and about by whom and for what purpose the data were received. We will provide the requested information within 30 days of submission of your written request.
You can get in touch with us through any of the contacts indicated in section 1 in relation to any matter related to data management, and with comments to the Operator.
7.2. Request of the deletion, correction, or blocking of your data
You are entitled at any time to ask to correct or delete the data recorded incorrectly using contact details provided below in section one. We will delete the data within five working days of the receipt of your request, in which case they will not be restored again. The cancellation does not apply to treatment of data required by the law (eg. Accounting regulations), they are stored for the required period of time.
Furthermore, you can request the blocking of your data. We will block your personal data upon your request, or on the basis of the assumption that the information available that the data could affect your legitimate interests. So the personal data locked is manageable only as long as there is a data management purpose which excludes the data from the deletion.
You and all those who had received the data for processing should be notified about any rectification, blocking or deletion data. The notification may be omitted if having regarded the purpose of the data processing does not infringe your legitimate interest.
If we do not comply with your request to correct, block or delete your data within 30 days of the receipt of your written request we will communicate the legal reason of the rejection of the rectification, blocking or removal of the data.
7.3. You can protest against the handling of personal data
You can object to the processing of personal data. We will examine your request as soon as possible following the submission of the application, but not later than 15 days; and make a decision on the merits of your request and inform you about our decision in writing.
You can exercise your rights stated in Section 8 at any time through the contact details in Section 1.
If you provide data of a third party during the registration to use our services or in any way cause harm during the use of our website, we are entitled to compensation for damages. In such cases we will do our best to provide assistance to the competent authorities in order to establish the identity of the offender.

We do not take responsibility in case of the unlawful abuse of data by third parties.
11. Other provisions
If you have a debate with the Operator concerning the handling of personal data you are entitled to submit a complaint in your own country with the relevant authority regarding the processing of personal data in context.
We reserve the right to unilaterally modify the present Privacy Policy with prior notice through our website to the parties concerned. Following that the amendments enter into force by using the website you implicitly accept the amended Privacy Policy.
